There are 16 species of perennial wild flowers in this mix that will provide years of color for a lovely naturalized landscape setting. The mix will grow 36 – 40 inches in height, and the varieties in this mix are: Siberian Wallflower, Lance-leaved Coreopsis, Blue Flax, Purple Coneflower, Lupine, Gaillardia, Sweet William, Shasta Daisy, Dwarf Columbine, Lavender Hyssop, Dwarf Evening Primrose, Mexican Hat, Gloriosa Daisy, New England Aster, Black-eyed Susan, and English Daisy. Prepare a site by removing weeds and loosening soil. Seed can be broadcast and raked into the soil, covering 2 – 3 times their thickness, or seed can be drilled to a maximum of ¼ inch. Perennials can be planted in either the fall or the spring. For the first year, there will be more foliage growth than blooms.
